Stops for coaches are located directly in front of the Albertina and in Operngasse, opposite the Opera House, a couple of minutes’ walking distance away from the museum. To be granted vehicular access, busses need an official drive-in permission or a written confirmation of a guided tour or visit. ACCESS TO THE ALBERTINA

Visitors can approach the main entrance to the Albertina via an escalator or a lift. The main entrance is located on the bastion of the former Viennese city wall. The Museum Shop, the restaurant and the information stand are freely accessible within the entrance area of the museum.
