Rules for your Museum Visit

For the safety of all visitors and employees, we kindly ask you to comply with the rules for your visit at the ALBERTINA Museum, Vienna.

Icon: FFP2 masks are mandatory

For the protection of those around you, please wear
an FFP2 mask and bring along your “2G”
(vaccinated or recovered) certification.
Individuals who are unable to wear an FFP2 mask
for health-related reasons will be required to document
this with a physician’s certificate upon request.


Children ages 5 and under are not
subject to entry restrictions or mask rules.

For (unvaccinated) children ages 6–11,
will need a PCR test result (from the last 72
hours) or an antigen test result (from the last 48
hours) for entry. The Ninja Pass will be accepted
during school time. 

For children 12–15 years of age, the “2.5G Rule”
(vaccinated, recovered, or negative PCR test result
within the past 48 hours) applies. The Ninja Pass
will not be accepted. 

Mouth and nose protection & FFP2 masks:
From 6 to under 14 years of age, a Mouth-nose protection
must be worn. Children ages 14 and above must
wear an FFP2 mask.

Adults accompanying children are subject to the
“2G Rule” and FFP2 mask mandate.

Starting from the 15th birthday the rules for adults

Cough and sneeze into a handkerchief or the
rook of your arm.

Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds
and use our disinfectant dispenser.

Fever, coughing, shortness of breath and difficulty breathing.
