The ALBERTINA makes image reproduction templates of public domain works from its collections available free of charge. No approval from the ALBERTINA is required. Please use our free download (up to 1200 pixels), which is offered to you on Collections Online.

Image reproduction templates of three-dimensional and copyrighted works are legally protected. Permission from the ALBERTINA is required for any use, publication and/or disclosure to third parties. In addition to the image production costs, a usage fee will be charged for image reproduction templates of copyrighted works. This is aimed at according to the purpose of use, the type of publication, the size of the circulation, the number of languages and the area of distribution.
Permissions to use the work of art must be requested separately from the copyright owner.
